Once your order is packed and handed off to the carrier, it’s officially out of our hands.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once tracking shows delivered, Blazed is not liable for:

- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays
If your package is marked delivered but missing, you must contact the carrier directly.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video proof
Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit — no refunds.
